This column chronicles the journey of the magazine across the continents.

Send photographs of the magazine against the backdrop of landmarks, cityscapes or skylines, anywhere and everywhere that the magazine travels. It shall be an added advantage if you are part of the photograph as well.

Those Moments

Understanding, knowing, learning and living form the essential part of the lifestyle that we all share. We all know how to do it but somewhere, somehow and somewhat we do need some help.

To help us out with those moments, we have Nikhil Kaistha, MS Ed., LPC, a licensed counsellor in the state of Minnesota, working fulltime at a Mental Health clinic. He is also a part-time counsellor at an LGBTQ youth counselling facility.
