WHAT IS WOMEN OF TRIKONE?

For the last few years, many women from the SF/Bay Area have expressed the need for more events for lesbian/bi-sexual/queer South Asian women. In the past, there have been regular events at bars, hosted potlucks and movie nights. We have brought this Back to the Bay!

Women-of-Trikone is a list-serve for queer women of South Asian descent from the San Francisco Bay Area interested in building a strong community, engaging in discussions, networking, sharing news and advertising events. Allies who identify as women are welcome as well. So far we have over 60 members.

The intent of this group is to build a strong community, engage in meaningful discussions, network with each other and other groups/organizations, share news and organize/advertise events that aim to improve our lives.
